Leanne and I first started working to find my for everhome right around March ,2025 Leanne inform me of what would be reqired of me before most realtors are even willing to show a house listing, (preapproved). The second house on day one of searching, we make an offer, and a week later we had all the negotiation work out. Unbelieveable right ... ?? Than we had a set back with one one the home inspection that came back needed work. This set- back took roughly 2 months to complete,. During that time Leanne would call or text to keep me inform of where things were with the repair, and what to expect moving forward. Sometimethere was not a whole lot to report with the progress , however Leannne let me know that also. Working with Leanne from the begin of purchasing the home, to the closing, I felt that she keeped me in the loop, when there was a loop....but at all times.
